Higher Education
One answer, from every system you have.
Universities run on systems that were never designed to talk to each other, and on staff who quietly became the integration layer between them. AI agents answer the question from across all of them at once, process applications around the clock, and turn what your subject-matter experts know into documentation without booking a fortnight of workshops.
What we hear
- Staff and student questions whose answers span four systems
- Application processing that only happens during office hours
- Institutional knowledge held by people, not systems
- Policy and compliance guidance nobody has time to reread
Agents built for Higher Education
Each one says how it works, what it connects to, and where it was built.
Application Processing Agent
Applications validated, records created, questions answered — around the clock.
An Application Processing Agent checks the identity documents attached to an incoming application, creates the record in the CRM, raises a help ticket when something does not add up, and answers the applicant's questions at any hour without anyone being on shift.
Email Triage Agent
The shared inbox sorts and actions itself.
An Email Triage Agent reads a shared operational inbox, works out what each message actually is, and either actions it in the underlying system or routes it to the person who can. The inbox stops being a queue somebody has to work through.
Transformation Interview Agent
Interviews your experts, and turns what they say into tickets.
A Transformation Interview Agent holds a structured conversation with the people who actually know how a process works, then turns what they said into user stories and tickets — so the discovery phase of a project stops being a scheduling problem.
AI Risk Review Agent
First-line review of every AI proposal, against your own policy.
An AI Risk Review Agent takes a proposed AI use case and reviews it against your organisation's own ethics, security, privacy and legal policies — producing a first-line assessment that names the specific policy each concern relates to. The governance committee reviews a considered submission rather than a blank form.
What we have done here
Early-stage engagements with Australian universities. We have not yet deployed in this sector, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.
Higher Education questions
How can AI agents help a university?
Universities run on systems that were never designed to talk to each other, and on staff who have quietly become the integration layer between them. Agents answer a question from across all of those systems at once, process applications around the clock, and turn what subject-matter experts know into documentation without booking a fortnight of workshops.
Can students and staff see things they should not?
No. Agents inherit the permissions already set in the underlying systems, so someone can only ever get an answer from information they were already entitled to see.
Have you deployed in higher education before?
We have early-stage engagements with Australian universities and have not yet deployed in the sector — we would rather say so than imply otherwise. The knowledge, application-processing and expert-interview agents we would bring are in production elsewhere.
