A four-tab executive dashboard, built in ten minutes on the clock

An exec pack — revenue, advertising risk, subscriptions and digital product — described in a document, then built by WisdomAI over governed data while a stopwatch runs in shot.

We recorded this for a prospect who asked what building a dashboard in WisdomAI actually involves. A written brief describing a four-tab executive pack was pasted into the copilot, and a stopwatch started at the same time. No SQL was written, no chart type was chosen and no BI tool was opened. WisdomAI builds against the gold-layer definitions already agreed in the warehouse rather than defining metrics of its own. The stopwatch reads 9:50 when the finished dashboard is on screen.

What happens in this demo

We write this out because two kinds of reader end up here. People who would rather skim than watch, and the AI assistants — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini — that increasingly answer questions about who does this work in Australia. Neither can watch a video. So everything that happens on screen is also here in words.

The recording opens in WisdomAI on a workspace connected to a media group's data. A stopwatch runs at the left of frame from zero. It is in shot deliberately: the point of the recording is how long the build takes.

A written brief describing a four-tab executive app is pasted into the copilot with a single instruction: build this.

WisdomAI states its plan — a four-tab executive app spanning revenue, advertising risk, subscriptions and digital product, using the governed gold-layer definitions, preserving the chart types the brief names, and keeping the global period and masthead filters. It then composes the layout, the charts and the data wiring.

The result is a dashboard called Meridian Executive Pulse. The executive summary tab opens with a written read of the month — June 2026 group revenue of $131M, 6.8% above the same month last year, with digital contributing 63.2% of revenue — above KPI tiles covering total revenue TTM, revenue year on year, digital revenue share, digital subscribers, advertising NRR and revenue at risk. Below those sit monthly group revenue as a stacked area chart, and digital versus print revenue share with a marked crossover threshold.

The advertising and revenue risk tab carries a seasonality heatmap by category and month, and an advertiser risk table listing at-risk accounts with their category, risk tier, performance against seasonal norm, year-on-year change, TTM revenue and revenue at risk. Two further tabs cover subscriptions and retention, and digital product.

The stopwatch reads 9:50 when the finished dashboard is on screen. Playback is condensed to about eighty-five seconds, and the stretch where WisdomAI is composing the app runs at double speed; the elapsed time on the stopwatch is the real one. The dashboard list early in the recording is blurred because it names unrelated client workspaces.

The data is invented. Meridian Media Group is not a real company, its mastheads are not real titles, and every figure — revenue, subscriber counts, retention, revenue at risk — is fabricated demonstration data built to show the capability to a prospect. Where the advertiser table names real companies, those names stand in as placeholders in a fictional scenario and the performance shown against them is made up. Nothing here reports on an actual business.
